  • All products and services delivered through saveinstitute.com, saveourbones.com, and savetrainer.com
    (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any of the Services, you agree to this Refund & Subscription Policy.

1. Subscription Billing

Some Services, including SaveTrainer and other membership-based offerings, operate on recurring subscription billing.

1.1 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise specified) unless canceled before the renewal date.

1.2 Payment Authorization

By starting a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal interval.

1.3 Price Changes

We may modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice where legally required.
Continued use after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new price.

2. Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial period.

2.1 Trial-to-Paid Conversion

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full subscription term.

2.2 One Trial Per User

Free trials may be limited to one per user, per household, or per payment method.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not retroactively refund past charges.

  • You retain access to the Services for the remainder of your current paid billing period.

  • To cancel, follow the instructions in your account settings or contact us at [email protected].

Canceling does not automatically issue a refund unless explicitly stated in this Policy.

4. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

4.1 General Policy: No Refunds for Subscription Periods Already Begun

Because digital content is delivered immediately, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

This includes:

  • Monthly SaveTrainer subscriptions

  • Annual SaveTrainer subscriptions

  • Any automatically renewed subscription term

  • Any membership included in a bundle

Exception: If required by applicable law.

4.2 Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

We will review and refund verified:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Clearly erroneous billing issues

Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

4.3 Technical Access Issues

If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing the Services (and we cannot resolve them), we may offer a prorated or full refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy for One-Time Digital Purchases

One-time digital purchases—including ebooks, guides, cookbooks, assessments, and standalone programs such as the Osteoporosis Fresh Start Cleanse, Densercise, Densercise 2.0, and the Osteoporosis Reversal Program—are generally non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

Refunds may be granted if:

  • You were charged in error

  • You purchased a duplicate item

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless mandated otherwise by law.

6. All-Access Bundle Policy

The All-Access Bundle includes multiple digital programs and may include SaveTrainer subscription access.

6.1 Bundle Refunds

  • Bundle purchases are generally non-refundable once access is delivered.

  • If a SaveTrainer membership within the bundle is subscription-based, the subscription terms above apply.

6.2 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of bundles or for individual components of a bundle.

7. Promotional Offers, Coupons, and Discounts

  • Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional rates apply only as specified in the offer.

  • Promotional pricing does not guarantee the same price upon renewal unless explicitly stated.

  • A canceled subscription may not retain prior promotional pricing if reactivated later.

8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to all Services may be suspended pending resolution.

  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback.

  • Users found to be abusing chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.
